Update has caused sidebar widgets to disappear?

Hey Guys, Update has caused the sidebar widget to stop showing? Also I lost my custom .css file that a made changes to in the editor. Is there any way I can recover this? Premium number URL: http://www.winchesteradvicepartnership.org.uk/
