Is there a way to delete the ‘Leave a reply’ and ‘Comments’ in all pages? Page Builder allows me to manage all other areas of the screen except this one as far as I can see. How do I achieve this?

I tried to modify the template_tags.php file by commenting out one of the ‘if(! function_exists..) lines and ended up with a white screen. I am a beginner and shouldn’t have messed with the php code. Can you help me to get my dashboard back? URL: http://www.lleschool.com
