My question would be - what happens to this code when a theme is updated. Is the code retained through the update, or would it need to be re-entered.

In Appearence menu now I have 2 Custom CSS one with a link to: wp-admin/themes. Page=siteorigin custom css and one to: wp-admin/themes.
