Menu links disappear when set as the active page

Hello. The site dfcnazarene.org uses the vantage theme. It’s menu links disappear when the page they link to is the active one. This seems to only be affecting the top level menu. I’m hoping to keep all menu links visible no matter what page a user visits, as it used to be. Please help me…
