500 Error on a css file

Hello,
I have an internal server error (500) on a css file located on my homepage. the name of the file is sow-image-grid-default-d75171398898.css and seems to be generated by the SO widget bundle plugin (it is located in the /wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/ directory of my website)
Can you help me please?

Regards
Olivier Lautard

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Azenco,

I’m sorry to hear about this. :(
To clarify, does the file exist in /wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/? If not, I suspect the file isn’t able to save which in turn is causing an error. If this is the case, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
