404 error – page not found

I am trying to add new pages to my site but everytime I add one I get the 404 error page. When doing live editor it works perfectly and sites were working correctly earlier. I have deactivated non SiteOrigin plugins and that has not worked. I have also tried changing Permalinks and again no success.
