Pitch ships with a handful of page templates. You can set the page template in the Page Attributes block on the page edit interface.
Each page template accomplishes something slightly different.

The default template, with a sidebar. - Full Width
This template is only available in Pitch Premium. It displays a page as a full width page (without the sidebar). - Blog
This template turns the page into a full blown blog page. - Home
This template displays the standard Pitch home page. - Project Archive
This template displays all your projects.
