Hi, I have the following issue: I want to use the Customizer (Appearance->Customizer), however, it doesn’t load in. It shows the loading page but it’s stuck, so I can’t use it at the moment. I just updated to WP 4.3, this might be of importance.

When I download the Vantage theme it is not in a zip file format. Word press only wants a zip file to install the theme. I can’t find instructions on the installation.
