My client doesn’t want related videos showing after their embedded YouTube videos. They are using Page Builder on Vantage Premium. YT embed codes that disallow related videos won’t work in the Page Builder widgets. Any thoughts?

I have YouTube videos in posts. The videos display correctely when You read the post. When I insert a post-loop widget on another page, the videos are not anymore displayed, but instead the link is shown. What can I do to avoid this?
