Results at different screen resolutions

Is there a way to set theme Vantage so it can handle various screen resolutions? Since I totally built the website at my HD Laptop with resolution 1080×1920 everything was perfect. Is it possible to have the “Logo in Menu” without deactivating the Header visibility? Also, the logo shouldn’t appear until the menu snaps to the top of the screen, however. It would be nice to have two, separately-sized logos for both the Header and the Logo in Menu –browsers just don’t scale images as nice…

I wish to increase the size of the icon. I already have “large” selected but find it far too small as I wish my selected image/icon to really stand out? How do change from a circle to square icon? How do I add text or call to action button to the top of my header?…
I can’t remove comments from my pages.

I can’t seem to remove the comments section from the bottom of my pages. I’ve unchecked the “allow people to comment” on the Discussion Settings page. I’ve unchecked comments and discussion on each page in the screen option settings. Nothing is working! Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
