Ordered Vantage premium and I am unable to access premium options like font and menu color options. Tried manually installing theme and no still no luck.

Hi, Having used the theme for our previous business I have built another site and upgraded. Everything was fine until this happened : www.springsatbroome.co.uk I have deactivated plugins and removed background images etc as you have suggested on other replies but to no avail. Can you help?
