missing navigation bar

This is probably painfully basic & simple. Today when I opened my site (http://jhenniferamundson.net), the navigation bar that usually appears at the top of the screen is missing. When this happens on my plain-old WordPress sites I can find a way in, not so for this one. Where’s the login? Thanks!
