Dear support, Since a couple of weeks the Masthead background image is gone from all pages. I tried to change it, remove the background color but nothing...any suggestions.

I received this error and now the site is gone and I cant even access my wp-admin ti fix it. Didn't back it up either as I just started last week...sigh I unzipped file again and checked the function.
