I read all the answers provided, and unfortunately, even by using id's associated with pgc id's or panel id's, the page jump does not take you where you need to go. In the Issue URL provided below, the anchor is set to ID pgc-99-01, which is the id associated with the second Page Builder Column.

Hi again ... I would like to display the client feedback in a widget. There should be many feedbacks in the same widget, displaying just one by one ... Like a Slider changing, so the feedbacks are changing.
