On some pages the html [code]...[/code] paragraph tags are being ignored, on others they are working correctly. For example - text that consists of several [code]...[/code] paragraphs is being shown as one block of text.

I recently switched to using SKT Kraft theme which i replaced with the old theme I have been using. The theme developer told me that the plugin is not compatible with the theme.

When I go into the visual editors to update the page content, the buttons on the entire page stop working completely. I can't even click out of the Visual Editor box, so I have no choice but to refresh my entire page.

All are made with PB. Some pages dont show any content on the front end of the site, despite having content. Going into these pages, opening the editor within PB, and closing it, without changing anything, then saving it, fixes it.
