Page builder doesn’t work properly after updating to WP 3.9

I've noticed that you can create these prebuilt layouts which is great, but is it possible to code them directly into a theme, so the customer can easily choose a layout to build upon?

When I add recent project in page builder to a page the title on page is "recent work view all work" how can I change them to say something different?
Can’t create columns
I only have at the top left, Add Widget, Add Row, and Prebuilt Layouts.

I building a page and am using Page Builder however I think that Page Builder is more limited than Visual or HTML editing.

Page Builder & WP 2012 theme
All in all it's a great quick walk through.However, I have a question concerning how to make the space/gap in between columns closer as it's a bit too wide for my liking on the WP 2012 theme.

When i disable the page builder plugin everything works fine.
