Sorry, I don't understood, if i want for example possibility to edit menu in responsive, or options to edit menu colors buttons or other part of customizations that appear in theme settings.. i must pay 10 or 15 or more $ ?

Installed theme vantage on my WordPress version 3.4.1 and when i try to open page Theme Settings give me this error page: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /web/htdocs/www.wingelectronic.com/home/wordpress/wp-content/themes/vantage/extras/settings/settings.php on line 110 Please help me! What can I do for fix it? Thanks
