I’m trying to change the colour on mye social media icons. I’m using the Site Origin social media widget. My problem is that my icons won’t change into the colour of my choosing. I chose the colour called #f9f8ea but for some strange reason the colour changes info blue. If I change the background colour of the icon the icon colour also changes but if I leave the background colour empty the icon colour stay blue. Do you have any idea why?

Is this happening on the backend or the front end of your site?
If it’s only on the front end, then this problem sounds like it might be a caching issue. The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.
It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.
