could you tell if the Vantage theme (with pagebuilder and metaslider) is available on the free wordpress site?
I would like to use it for a local community project.
if not, is page builder (which i love!) is available on any of the free themes on wordpress.com?

Thanks for your interest. Vantage and Page Builder are unfortunately only available on self hosted wordpress.org installations at this time.
Themes and plugins need to be selected by the team over at Automattic to be available on WordPress.com. At the moment, all we can do is wait.
