I’m trying to set up a simple storefront with WooCommerce.

I’m using the premium Vantage theme, but the WooCommerce page is not visible. In fact, WooCommerce is not even listed in my plugins. Yet when I go to download WooCommerce, I’m shown the error that the destination folder already exists.

How can I access the plugin?

Please help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi FOXY OXIE

It sounds like there was an issue installing the woo commerce plugin. You will need to access your site via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder from wp-content/plugins. If you still have issues installing the plugin after this them please check the permissions for the plugins folder. These need to be set to 755.

Let us know how you get on

    Magus
