WooCommerce Menu Integration

I have customized a one-page theme using SiteOrigin for my client. I have also installed a WooCommerce shopping cart. The problem is that the menu links on the WooCommerce pages/posts do not point back to the main site page since they are Row IDs instead of URL links.

I would prefer the Store to be a separate page and not as a row on the home page. But the header menu items are all Row IDs instead of URL links to pages. How do I rectify this?
