Wont let me edit

When I go into any widget box all I get is the scrolling bar indicating something is loading. But it never does. This happens when I try to edit a current box or add a new one. All other features and plugins on the site work. I have tried the basic restarting the computer and have tried different browsers and computers. Any ideas on what the cause could be or how I would diagnose the issue? It does not seem to effect anything on the public site as all pages appear normal to the average user.

    Hi RRT

    Please check that there are no updates pending at Dashboard >Updates. Next try de-activating all plugins except for Page Builder and re-test. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking for the problem.
