will deleting and reinstalling page builder affect my website?

I am using vantage premium theme. my website “All Universities ” page doesn’t respond when i try to edit it. It gives me the following dialogue box:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

then when is selct STOP PLUGIN, it loads but my page builder doesn’t work, so am not able to edit.

upon recomendations i deactivated all plugins except page builder but the problem still remains.

now i did the opposite by activating all plugins except page builder and the problem seazes. I think the fault is from page builder but it works well on all ages except that particular page.
what should i do? can i delete and reinstall page builder?
