Currently I’m working on this website (it’s in Shopify right now) BedreHoldning.dk – but I would love to get back to WordPress, however, I don’t know if I’m able to create the same design as the one on there now with one of the SiteOrigin themes.

You could create a similar header and footer wise with our themes. As for the content of the page, you’ll need to find WooCommerce (or whatever eCommerce plugin you decide to use) widgets/shortcodes that replicate the desired sort of template as none of our themes feature that exact same setup for the shop part of the site.

Actually, now the site is not a shop – you can see the updated version by clicking the link from the initial forum-post or having a look at this page Rygstøtte (the link should appear here – I’m not very technical haha :-D) – so, now it will just be pages with text and some graphics as you can see from the front page.
SiteOrigin templates would be amazing for this, right?

The (updated) linked website in your initital post and reply can definitely be replicated using SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
