Widget’s padding-bottom and some other issues in Vantage theme

Hello Andrew,

Need your profi-magician help))

1. You showed me previously how I can make that special top border line in widget area. There is a padding-top in CSS Style. When I try to make also the padding-bottom it doesn’t work. And I want to make the title and the image a bit closer

2. Is it possible to make a Custom excerpt in Vantage theme? As I have not so much text in my post (just date, place of shot and several names) the base excerpt has the following:

Don’t know why but there is a lot of “Add to cart”…”Add to cart” words…that I want to hide from my excerpt.

3. Is it possible to make a so called submenu with list of names, places, etc and to check/unckeck option (filter) so people can find what they want

    Hi Andy :)

    1. Is this live? Could you privately share a link with me so I can see what’s going wrong with padding bottom and the title you want to change the margin of, thanks.

    2. Let’s try a demo post. Pick any of those posts, edit, click Screen Options top right, enable Excerpt checkbox. Then scroll down to below the Visual Editor and enter a manual excerpt. Does that resolve the problem?

    3. Sorry, not sure I’m following. Do you want this interface: http://joxi.ru/DrlOPQGFzWOEAP to be contained in a drop down menu? That’s unfortunately not possible with Vantage at the moment. You could, however use a plugin like Max Mega Menu or UberMenu…I think. Not something I’ve ever tried.

    4. Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation. Is Responsive Menu enabled? If so, what is the collapse point set to? It must be above 480. So 480 or higher.

    As I told you before there is no problem with the padding-top. Just need the padding-bottom too.

    3. I wanted to try to make UNDER my main menu so called sub one

    In order to have an option to press on «Shop by ballerinas» and choose by checkbox option a desired ballerina (tag, for instance)

    If it is impossible…can you advise something, how can this be implemented in WordPress within the Vantage theme.
