site origin widgets has input feilds like text , text area, repeater etc . where are the values stored in database??

They’re stored where ever the widget data is stored. In the case of Page Builder, they’re stored in the panels_data post meta, and for standard WordPress widgets they’re stored in the options table. The Widgets Bundle itself doesn’t handle storing of data.
