Widgets Bundle To Standalone Block Theme Editor

5 months ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 months ago

Make SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle a standalone Block Theme editor by incorporating the Layout Builder Widget, without the need for the PageBuilder to be installed. This would make the Widgets Bundle an alternative standalone block theme application with a subscription.
It’s possible that you are already working on it, just saying.

    Hi Gerald

Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your feedback; much appreciated. Each Widgets Bundle Widget is available in Block form right now in the Block Editor. Each block now has its own unique icon so they look sightly different to the screenshot here Post: Smarter Blocks, Smoother Workflow: Individual SiteOrigin Widget Blocks Arrive! but still in blue. The Layout Block requires Page Builder so unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be able uncouple that dependency at this stage. If you run into any issues, please let us know.

    Thanks again.
    Andrew
