Widget WP_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available

Hi,
Widget WP_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available in my page folder.
I can not find the plugin in my plugins
But when I want to download it again, it says that I have the plugin already.

What can i do?

    Hi Wouter,

    So, specifically, what does WordPress say when you try and install it? Does it mean that the directory already exists or something along that lines? If so, this is a sign of a failed plugin installation. To resolve this issue you’ll need to FTP into your website and delete the plugin directory manually. The directory that needs to be deleted is wp-content/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget

    Once that’s been deleted, please try installing the plugin through WordPress again.

    If you need help with FTP I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider.
