widget in the Primary Nav

hi,
I wanted to insert the language translation widget in the Primary Nav, is it possible, Can pls help me with a good language translator plugin.
if that is not possible i would prefer to float the translator on top Right side of the page. At the moment I am using the Google translator.

    Alternatively you can check out https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/ which has a customizable language switcher is provided as a widget or in the nav menu

    This would be easier to implement :)
