    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jerry,

Preface: The image doesn’t appear to exist anymore on your website so I’m not 100% on the desired effect.

You can replicate the typical WooCommerce image setup by adding a row with an image, and then add a three column row below that with three images. If you need to add this to a column, you can add it through a layout builder which will allow you to add rows within rows and columns within columns.

Alternatively, you could look for a gallery plugin that offers a similar design.

    Hi Alex,

Many thanks for your help. That is really a good idea and I will try it.

By the way, I have installed the site pack Baseline, the home page displays ok, but when I click the About Baseline menu under the Pages menu, it appears 404 Not Found. I have checked the menu setting, it seems ok and I have also set the permalink to the Post name option. I don’t know what to do now, can you help me? This is my site: geramlighting.com, Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
    Jerry Mo

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jerry,

By the looks of it, none of your permalinks are working. Can you please try resaving your permalinks again and if that doesn’t help, you need to double check there’s a .htaccess in your WordPress directory via FTP. If you’re not too sure how to do this I would recommend contacting your hosting provider.

    Hi Alex,

I want to show my products in grid view and I had watched the video of post loop, but it is very strange that my post loop is different in your video. My post loop belongs to page builder widgets, not like in your video it belongs to wordpress widgets. And in my post loop it doesn’t have thumbnail grid template, so I can not show my products in grid view. It confuses me very much. Can you solve my problem?

I will be very appreciated for your answer.

    Best regards,
    Jerry

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jerry,

Preface: The Post Loop template field is dependent on the templates provided by your theme. If you don’t see the same template its due to your theme offering different templates.

We’d like to help you, but can you please start a new thread with your question? This will allow others who have similar issues to find related posts easily. Sorry about this!
