widget bundle issue

i have both the site origin widget bundle and page builder plugin installed on my wordpress website. When the 2 plugins are active I can not access my dashboard – appearance – customise screen. The screen turns white. Hope i can get some assistance in understanding why this is happening as when I deactivate the 2 plugins the appearance menu appears on screen.

    Hi Steveatrc

    This sounds like it could be a memory issue. If PHP runs out of memory, it’ll run into a fatal error. Page Builder and Widgets Bundle are both fairly large plugins that require a decent amount of memory allocation.
