Widget Bundle: Include a Widget via Shortcut or Line of PHP?

Having installed the Widget Bundle, I wanted to ask if it is possible to include, let’s say the Post Carousel Widget via a line of PHP? I want to include it in a template of my child theme, to have things a bit more automated.

Is there a good way to do this?
