wide grey button has dissapeared

We just upgraded our site to Vantage V2.4.2 and WordPress 4.2.2. and are using page builder, but now the wide grey button that use available has dissappeared.

Please assist

    HI there,
    Okay, I’ve worked out the problem. In the layout tab for styling a row, the only option I have is one and that is “padding” I don’t have bottom margin, gutter or row layout. I’m using page builder Version 2.1.4

    Please assist
