Why do I have a separate dashboard for SiteOrigin?

To log into this forum, I had to reset my password a dozen times – when I got it, I am in a WordPress.com profile dashboard. Why is this separate?

    Hi,

    That’s odd. I’m not too sure why you were redirected to WordPress.com. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue.

    Does this still happen to you? if so, can you please walk me the steps you take when you view our site to log in? Hopefully, I’ll be able to replicate this issue is if I replicate your steps exactly.
