Could you please clarify what the issue you’re experiencing is. I’ll take a guess in the meantime, it’s possible you’re unable to delete files in your media library due to a permission issue. To correct this you’re going to have to go in and adjust your file permissions. It’s a rather complicated thing to do so you would be better off contacting your hosting provider for support in doing this.
