I’m creating a new page and used one of the Page Builder pre-built layouts that include the hero image widget. I’ve used the Full Page, No Title template, so everything is stretching as it should be. However, I can’t find the setting to remove the white space above the hero image (between the site menu and the image) and below the hero image (between the image and the following content).
I saw a few questions like this one in the forum already, but the answers seemed to relate to CSS – of which I’m not much of an expert, so please treat me with kid gloves on this one. ;-)
Hi Jennifer
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
The site is in maintenance mode until I'm ready to launch it. Will a screen capture (attached) work instead?
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Good plan. User set up and email sent.

Thanks for the wait. We’ve resolved by adding the following to Appearance > Custom CSS:
Hope that helps.
It helps. Thanks.
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear you’ve made progress :)
