Hi
I have two wordpress sites, each has different plugins and I just noticed that the one page builder has a Image Hover Effect and Parallax effect in the design tab on a row. But the other site doesnt.
I suspect it’s because I have way more plugins installed on the site that does have it.
Is it possible for you to tell me which plugin in particular gave me this ability? Or do I need to install and activate and test each one.
