When Attempting to Update Any SiteOrigin Plugins – 500 Internal Server Error

I have already deactivated all plugins and tested to see exactly where the problem is and it is only happening with SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (only two Site Origin plugins that I have). The message that I get “Update Failed: 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

My website is mouthmarketingllc.com

Does this mean that my theme is no longer compatible with SiteOrigin? This didn’t start happening until the WordPress version updated. No other changes have been made to the site in months.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi AJ

Do you by any chance have access to PHP error logs so we can see what’s going on? There is a small chance the issue is with your theme, but I can’t be sure. Which theme are you using? Would it be possible for you to contact them to ask if they’re compatible with the latest versions of Page Builder and Widgets Bundle?
