What’s the usual wait time on a premium response?
I see no satisfying method here, either in the forums or in email, no automated your email’s been received response, definitely no response on the forums, will the sixty day guarantee be needed here? Forty five bucks is forty five bucks, at least SOME kind of communication would instil some confidence in me. Thanks

Your purchase price definitely puts your thread at the top of my list this morning, this happens automatically. Being a small team we do unfortunately take a break over the weekend.
