What is the optimal size for an image on the side menu?

I’ve been playing around with the size of the picture and sometimes, it doesn’t show up or the image only shows partial. Whats the correct dimensions for the rectangular box?

Also, it doesn’t support a png insert does it?

    Also, how can I shorten the distance between my header and elements of page? beyond disabling the option of Add Margin Below Slider?

    Funny, I am trying to put a header on my blog page (tried by adding the slide short code & the option of using the first line ) & it won’t work. It seems to be because thats where the blogs are updating. Help?

    Last question(thank you!): My full menu is disappearing on certain pages. On certain pages, I only have the option to go home.

    Hi mavmart

    Thanks for the wait.

    The Influence menu is 230px wide. The inner width, the width of the list inside the menu is 170px wide.

    To decrease the padding below your main image you can try the following in a Custom CSS plugin like Simple Custom CSS or Jetpack Custom CSS:

    /* Influence */
    
    article.entry .post-text {
    padding-top: 40px;
    }
    

    Decrease it as required.

    Your menu changing from page to page could be due to a plugin conflict. You’d need to try de-activating all plugins at once. If the issue resolves after doing so, then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.
