what is the meaning of this meta tag warning

hallo all.. i hope get solution.

I tried to check in meta tags meta tag analyzer and getting this warning :

    I believe this refers to a PHP redirect occurring somewhere:

    http://php.net/manual/en/function.header.php

    I’m not sure where this is coming from, try the following:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins and re-test. If you don’t get the same error then activate your plugins one by one and run the test after each activation.
    3. You could also try testing with all plugins off and a default theme like Twenty Fourteen activated.
