What has happened to the Huge It Slider?

Years ago I purchased a license and have created numerous sliders, but today I had an issue with not being able to insert a slider in The Events Calendar. I went to the Huge IT Slider website to post the question but almost everything on their site doesn’t work. I couldn’t login. I got a page not found error when I clicked on the chat. Everywhere I clicked on “Contact Us” did nothing. I tried to sign up but just got a never ending window. Even the page copyright is out of date. Is this plugin dead in the water now? If so I’ll have to find another slider but it will take forever to recreate all the slider.

Appreciate any help.
