What happened to Page Builder?

I’m running WordPress 3.9.1 with Vantage Premium theme and Page Builder is no longer available in the admin.

    Hi Gary

    Please head to Plugins, is Page Builder still there? If it is, head to Settings > Page Builder and ensure Pages are ticked and Posts if you require the Page Builder tab to show up in posts.

    Let me know how that goes.

    It’s in the plugins and everything is checked but still not showing up.

    The Rio Portfolio plug-in was causing the issue, I’ve disabled that and it’s now working again.
