hi,

i’m getting following error message . i’ve premium version but because of this error i could not get my premium number. :( the error message is…

    Sorry to hear about the challenge.

    Please, try de-activating all plugins via FTP:
    http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

    Once that’s done you’ll hopefully be able to re-establish access to the WordPress admin. You can then delete and re-install Page Builder.
