Web site header conflict

Hi,
I have made no changes to my site and all was fine. Now for some reason this message comes up on homepage.

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/aragonac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/polylang/include/plugins-compat.php:89) in /home/aragonac/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1178

I have looked at both line 89 and 1178 but cannot see anything?

Please can you tell me how to solve this.
