Visualizer Plugin for Charts shortcode does not show under Page Builder

Hi,
Iam using the visualizer plugin. It creates charts https://wordpress.org/plugins/visualizer/. It is shortcodes based.
The graphs do not show up when the shortcodes are included in the SiteOrigin Page builder rows. They show just fine in normal editor.
Can someone please let me know how to solve this issue.
