Visualizer Plugin for Charts shortcode does not show under Page Builder

Hi, Iam using the visualizer plugin. It creates charts https://wordpress.org/plugins/visualizer/. It is shortcodes based. The graphs do not show up when the shortcodes are included in the SiteOrigin Page builder rows. They show just fine in normal editor. Can someone…
