    Hi Lincoln,

Are you still having issues after the most recent update (1.1.1)?

From another thread – Lincoln has updated and fixed the issue.

    Hi

I have just updated to 1.1.1 and see the same problem, the visual editor ‘eye’ button doesn’t do anything.

Tried Chrome and IE11 – any thing I should look foor?

      Hi Thebood,

Okay if that’s the case, can you rule out a plugin conflict? SiteOrigin CSS 1.1 was a very large update and it’s quite possible a plugin conflict has been introduced.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Switching themes fixed it.

I am using Cherry Framework 4.

I will try to revert to previous version of SO CSS, as I can’t revert from my current theme – way too much effort.

Is there any IE or Chrome Debug I could try to get you more info?

      Hi Thebood,

Yes. Click the visual editor icon and then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
