Hi, I have read through several threads reporting that changes they make with the visual editor are not saved/displayed when they also use page builder.
The recommendations are 1) install Black Studio TinyMCE Widget and 2) disable all plugins except for this one and page builder.
But this does not resolve the problem for me. And if I click on the page builder icon and then edit, there are not formatting options.
What shall I do?
OK, I figured it out. One has to add a Visual Editor Widget (I thought one could use the standard visual window after installing the Tiny-Plugin). That could probably be better explained in the documentation :)
Hi Valentino
Glad to hear you figured it out. We’re always making an effort to improve our documentation. It’s a work in progress :)
Hello
I have the same problem, but I don’t understand how you solved it. ould you please explain. Thx
If you are on “Edit page” there is the + button on the left (“Add widget”). Then you get the choice, and you can pick “Visual Editor”. (Who would have thought that I can help somebody here … :) )
Thx :) but this didn’t help me, I already did that… In the VIsual Editor widget I can’t switch from html to visual….
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-essential plugins and see if that fixes the issue.
