Visual Composer isn’t compatible with SiteOrigin Page Builder and it’s not included in any of our plugins or themes as it’s a premium plugin. I would recommend contacting your theme developer for support with this matter.

Actually, in hindsight, are you referring to the Visual Editor Widget instead? If so, you’ll need to install the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget. You could also use our Visual Editor, SiteOrigin Editor, by installing the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
